SBAC Bank PLC.’s Chairman, Engr. Md. Moklesur Rahman, presided over the Bank’s 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held at the RAOWA Convention Center in Dhaka on Monday, June 15, 2026, through a hybrid system. The shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, the election of directors, and seven other general agenda items at the meeting.

The Bank’s Sponsor Director, Mr. Mohammed Ayub; Independent Director and Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, Professor Md. Maksudur Rahman Sarker, FCMA; Directors Mr. A.K.M. Delwer Hussain, FCMA, and Major Abu Fateh Md. Bashirur Rahman (Retd.); and Managing Director & CEO Mr. S.M. Mainul Kabir attended the meeting in person. The Bank’s Additional Managing Directors, Mr. Md. Rabiul Islam and Mr. Abdul Quaium Chowdhury; Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Md. Altaf Hossain Bhuyan; along with divisional heads and senior executives of the Bank, also attended the meeting.
