SBAC Bank PLC. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Best Western Plus Bay Hills Hotel on 05 January 2026 at the Corporate Head Office of the Bank, in the gracious presence of Mr. S. M. Mainul Kabir, Managing Director & CEO, and Mr. Md. Altaf Hossain Bhuyan, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer of SBAC Bank PLC.

The MoU was signed on behalf of the respective organizations by Mr. Md. Shafiul Azam, Head of Digital Financial Division of SBAC Bank PLC. and Mr. Shahadat Hossain Bahar, CEO of Best Western Plus Bay Hills.

Under the agreement, SBAC Bank’s Visa Debit Cardholders, Credit Cardholders, and employees will enjoy an exclusive 40 percent discount on room rates at Best Western Plus Bay Hills Hotel, Cox’s Bazar.

Among others, Mr. Md. Asadullahil Galib from the Public Relation Division of SBAC Bank and Mr. Abu Seheri Forhad, Head of Sales of Best Western Plus Bay Hills, along with senior officials from both organizations, were present at the signing ceremony.
